This proprietary red wine has firm structured tannins. It has a long, strong and flavorful finish of vanilla which come from the French Oak barrels. The exhibits notes of black currants, licorice and loam. The color is an opaque purple color which extends to the brim of the glass and pairs well with beef, duck or lamb.
