MegaFood Kids One Daily is a foundational multivitamin made with 21 nutrients plus real food. Comes in a convenient mini tablet. This multi includes vitamin C & zinc for immune support, b vitamins to support energy metabolism, and vitamin D to support healthy bones and teeth.

Suggested use

Kids 5 and older take 1 tablet daily with a beverage. May be taken anytime throughout the day, even on an empty stomach. 

Other ingredients

Stearic acid, silicon dioxide, ferment media (organic brown rice, rice protein, autolyzed yeast extract, yeast [inactive]), microcrystalline cellulose, rice protein, autolyzed yeast extract, hypromellose. 

Warnings

Biotin is an important nutrient. Biotin may interfere with lab tests. If you are taking medication or planning to undergo lab testing, consult with your doctor before use.

Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly sealed in a cool place and avoid exposure to moisture. Once open, consume within three months. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
