Multi-tasking pain relief in a slim, reusable pad
Use cold for relief from pain and discomfort caused by labor and delivery. Use hot for soothing relief from postpartum uterine cramping.
Follow heating and cooling instructions as directed. Apply pack for 20 minutes or as recommended by your physician.
Gently massage pad to evenly distribute heat and test temperature prior to use. Add time in 5 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Heat only one pack at a time.
Sleeves can be used hot or cold and are intended for one time use. Packs may be used with or without disposable sleeve.

Cleaning Instructions: After each use, thoroughly clean the pack with mild soap and water or 70% isopropyl alcohol. We do not recommend the use of ethanol, phenol, or chlorine-based products.
Follow heating and cooling instructions as directed. Always test pack temperature prior to application. Prolonged application may cause injury, including burns. Do not use on infants. Do not use if you have poor circulation. Do not use heat therapy on stitches or an open wound. Do not fall asleep using pack. Keep out of reach of children. For extreme, prolonged, or chronic pain, contact a physician. Use only as directed. Heating beyond suggested time may damage or destroy pack. Do not puncture pack and/or ingest contents. For external use only. Do not place disposable sleeves in microwave.
Store in freezer or airtight container, out of direct light.
