Napa, CA- The nose is rich with ripe currants and maraschino cherries. As it opens, the aromas broaden to include tobacco leaf, pie spices and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is rich adding some fresh fig flavors. The tannins are big and bold. A great Napa Cab from Anne Vawter.
